Service descriptions for Curoflow platform

1. Module 1 (Curoflow PCP)

  1. The service provides a support function, a notification center, and group settings with the ability to individually configure the Service and its users. Secure digital authentication for End Users and/or Healthcare Providers. 
  2. Curoflow PCP is a mandatory module for all customers. Through this, Healthcare Providers can deliver healthcare services to End Users online, including communication and advice via chat functions, drop-in management, booking systems, calendars, secure digital authentication, and secure payment solutions with digital receipt management and generation. Video as a communication medium is included as standard for up to 2 participants. As an option, the possibility of having up to 30 participants in a video meeting can be added, described further under section 4 Video module. Healthcare Providers can manage accounts on behalf of the End User, add and assign permissions for individuals working within the module, and create and design their own digital questionnaires, both with and without the intelligent form tool provided by this module. Partial and final summaries with auto-generated interpretation suggestions can be created in the form tool. Automatic SMS and email dispatches are included as optional features. Both the Healthcare Provider and the End User can attach images, video clips, or files approved by the module. These can then be stored in a media library. The Healthcare Provider can attach digital forms for the End User to answer in the chat. The Healthcare Provider can open a journal note function in conjunction with the chat and write journal text for use in the journal system. The journal text can be auto-generated based on settings the Healthcare Provider makes in the form tool. Follow-up visit settings with automatic invitations and phrase libraries are included. The module provides the Healthcare Provider with access to statistics.
  3. Healthcare Providers can independently adapt and design parts of the module’s appearance, which becomes visible to the End User. In this way, each Healthcare Provider can partially customize the platform’s appearance for End Users according to their preferences and design. 
  4. The module can be integrated with the Healthcare Provider's existing journal system, provided that the Healthcare Provider's journal system allows such integration. This module is currently available and integrated with the Webdoc and TakeCare journal systems. 
  5. The module can also be integrated with the Aurora teleQ switchboard and communication solution.
  6. Module 1 can be used together with Curoflows other modules and optional services.

2. Patient profile

  1. This add-on service can be combined with Module 1. The service provides the Healthcare Provider with a search function that offers a consolidated End User profile containing all the End User’s cases, history, chats, files, images, etc per department. That is, all information related to the individual End User gathered in one view. An alternative chat view with additional contact options is provided as part of the service. The service enables the Healthcare Provider to independently add new End User accounts after obtaining consent, aswell as making notes and creating/sending medical statements. 

3. Curoflow extended patient management

  1. This add-on service can be combined with Module 1. The service provides the Healthcare Provider with several additional features. The features include diary, diary forms, diary charts/data, diary calendar, auto-generated interpretation suggestions, scoring summaries based on the End User's responses, extended statistics capabilities, the ability to attach follow-up forms, medication lists, test results and to upload, save and share patient documents with End Users, as well as the ability to link End User accounts between two End Users. All functions included in the Patient Profile are also included in Curoflow Extended Patient Management.

4. Video module

  1. Through this add-on service, Healthcare Providers can communicate with other Healthcare Providers and/or End Users via video chat. 
  2. The number of simultaneous participants per video call can be up to 30. 
  3. External participants not logged into the service can be invited via a link. Logging in and participating in a video chat can be done with or without BankID authentication, based on the Healthcare Provider's choice. 
  4. The video add-on service can be used together with Module 1.

5. e-Connect

  1. This add-on service can be combined with Module 1. The service enables the Healthcare Provider to send and receive electronic referrals between the Healthcare Provider and other healthcare providers who have agreements with the Supplier and are connected to the Services. 
  2. The Service also enables the Healthcare Provider to consult and be consulted by other healthcare providers who have agreements with the Supplier and are connected to the Services. Through the consultation functionality, the Healthcare Provider can request support from other healthcare providers in the assessment of patient cases. The End User's case and account can also be transferred between different clinics and other healthcare providers in the Services after approvals and consents. 
  3. It is also possible for the Healthcare Provider to receive electronic referrals from external parties who do not have agreements with the Supplier and therefore do not otherwise use the Services. 
  4. The add-on service can be used together with all modules and other add-on services.

6. List patient

  1. This add-on service enables Healthcare Providers to receive BankID-signed listing requests from both adult and minor End Users. 
  2. It is available for use from the landing page or as a standalone URL app. It is available for use as a clickable button on the landing page or app. 
  3. Listing requests can be denied or accepted. 
  4. The add-on service can be used together with all modules and other add-on services.

7. Extended financial management

  1. This add-on service allows Healthcare Providers to set VAT rates for different visit types. 
  2. The add-on service enables the extraction of payment data in xls format for all received payments, regardless of payment method. 
  3. It allows notes to be made regarding individual payments. 
  4. It allows filtering of payments based on period and type. 
  5. It enables Healthcare Providers to manually mark payments as paid or unpaid. 
  6. The add-on service can be used together with all modules and other add-on services.

8. Own IDP

  1. This add-on service enables Healthcare Providers to display their own name when End Users and/or healthcare staff log in with BankID. 
  2. The Own IDP add-on service can be used together with Module 1.

9. BankID external participant

  1. Allows external parties (not logged into the Service) to join video calls through BankID.

10. Chat translation function

  1. This add-on service enables Healthcare Providers and End Users to use translation in the chat function to other languages. It is the Healthcare Provider's responsibility to ensure no misunderstandings in communication occur when using the translation function. 
  2. If the Healthcare Provider requests the Chat Translation Function add-on service, which is not part of the regular add-on services but can be provided to the Healthcare Provider upon request, the Healthcare Provider shall indemnify the Supplier against any claims, including those from End Users or others, related to breaches of GDPR that may arise from using the Chat Translation Function in the Services. The Supplier hereby disclaims all responsibility for the Healthcare Provider's use of the Chat Translation Function. 
  3. The add-on service can be used together with all modules and other add-on services.

11. Tracking pixel

  1. This add-on service enables Healthcare Providers to conduct web-based conversion tracking of End Users. The add-on service allows the Healthcare Provider to measure the number of patients who complete bookings and submit cases in the Service. This way, the Healthcare Provider can measure how many bookings/conversions the Healthcare Provider gets from different sources via your website to the Curoflow platform. It can help the Healthcare Provider see, for example, how many bookings and submitted cases come from a Google/Facebook ad, a partner's website, an email newsletter, etc. The add-on service only works with the web-based version of the Service, not the application. 
  2. When End Users complete a booking or submit a case in the Service, the specified web address provided by the Healthcare Provider is called so that the web page receives a so-called visit, which the Healthcare Provider can measure in, for example, Google Analytics. For the web page to be called, the End User must have accepted web tracking (Analytics) through the cookie banner on the Healthcare Provider's website. 
  3. If the Healthcare Provider requests the Tracking Pixel add-on service, which is not part of the regular add-on services but can be provided to the Healthcare Provider upon request, the Healthcare Provider shall indemnify the Supplier against any claims, including those from End Users or others, related to breaches of GDPR that may arise from using the Tracking Pixel in the Services. The Supplier hereby disclaims all responsibility for the Healthcare Provider's use of the Tracking Pixel. 
  4. The add-on service can be used together with all modules and other add-on services.

12. Save and resume forms

  1. This add-on service enables Healthcare Providers to set whether the End User can start a questionnaire, save, log out, and return to complete the remaining questionnaire at a later time per form/reason. 
  2. The add-on service can be used together with all modules and other add-on services.

13. Direct links to forms

  1. This add-on service enables Healthcare Providers to link (URL) the End User directly to the form/reason in question per form/reason. Without the add-on service, the End User always needs to go to the landing page first, browse/search among the available forms/reasons, and then select the desired form/reason. The add-on service also allows a slightly easier registration process for new, previously non-existent End Users when creating an account. This is because the add-on service eliminates the requirement for the End User to fill in personal and contact information about themselves before answering a form. With the add-on service, only after the form is completed is the End User asked to provide their phone number and email address. The add-on also allows for deep linking forms from the chat, the front page of the mobile app and from within other forms. This allows for the Healthcare Provider to create tailored triage solutions without the End User having knowing, or needing to know they are being triaged to the right resource and to the right questions, based on how they describe their issues. 
  2. The add-on service can be used together with all modules and other add-on services.

14. Curoflow premium

  1. Curoflow Premium includes all add-on services and modules listed as Price component 1 in the platform, see "the Service Agreement". Future development of new features and modules listed as Price components 1 are included as part of Curoflow Premium.

15. Establishment

  1. Establishment includes 6 hours of user training for up to 10 participants. Establishment includes initial technical configuration for the Healthcare Provider, including a single app (application). Establishment does not include configuration of more than one clinic or sub-clinic. Such configuration is associated with additional cost.

16. Extra clinic

  1. An option for Healthcare Providers who wish to order more than one unit. Can be ordered with or without an associated app (application). When choosing an extra clinic, the functionality from Module 1 is included as standard. Any add-on services are requested at a separate cost for each individual extra clinic.

17. Extra department

  1. An option for Healthcare Providers who wish to use departments within the platform. Cannot be ordered with an additional app (application).

18. Patient level 1

  1. This add-on service enables Healthcare Providers to sort End User accounts based on two levels, 1 and 2. Level 1 shows End Users who have created an account but have not yet sought care, level 2 displays End Users who have created an account and sought care. The add-on service is useful for market and conversion-related efforts.
  2. The add-on service can be used together with all modules and other add-on services.

19. Children/adults

  1. This add-on service allows Healthcare Providers to disable the ability to seek care for children under 13 years old. All functions related to children are disabled,
    and End Users can only seek care for adults or children over 13 years old.
  2. The add-on service can be used together with all modules and other add-on services.

20. Data storage

  1. Data storage covers the amount of data each individual Healthcare Provider stores. The Healthcare Provider can view the amount of stored data in the platform. The data storage is presented in four groups: cases, chat, clinic data, and support.

21. Training

  1. The training add-on service includes user training beyond the training included in the establishment.

22. Consulting services

  1. Consulting services that are performed according to the Healthcare Provider's request.
